Meet Brooke Daitchman

With nearly 20 years in the Chicago real estate industry, Brooke has proven herself as a fierce negotiator and force to be reckoned with in Chicago’s competitive real estate market. As a lifelong Chicago and North Shore resident, Brooke’s in-depth understanding of the local market extends through all aspects of her life. From her earliest memories of being dragged to open houses by her mother, exploring the beautiful homes that line the Chicago lakefront; Brooke developed a deep-rooted love of homes with all their design and architectural potential. Following her graduate school experience in Psychology, Brooke’s years spent marketing with Jim Beam Brands enabled her to master those critical people skills of negotiating, selling, and strategizing. 

The culmination of these experiences led her to pursue a full time career in the real estate business and have contributed to her ongoing success. Brooke's accolades are nothing short of remarkable. Brooke has been recognized as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) every year since 2009, and was also recognized as the Top Producing Individual Agent at Dream Town in 2016. She is in the top 1% of brokers across Illinois, and to date boasts over $265 million and 588 units in career sales, with $100 million in new construction sales.

With a background in sales, marketing, and psychology, Brooke is able to draw on her knowledge to better connect with her clients and help them navigate the complexities of buying and selling. Brooke develops a plan to suit each of her client’s needs, whether working with buyers, sellers or investors. From new construction to resale, she understands that communication is critical to success in real estate, and is committed to connecting with her clients regularly. Brooke has worked diligently to maintain her positive client relationships, and her client satisfaction has resulted in building her nearly 100% referral-based business. 

Brooke’s philosophy is simple—buying and selling property should be a smooth, enjoyable process. She understands that the decision to buy and sell can feel overwhelming, and requires a serious commitment for her clients. Brooke sees her responsibility to her clients as two-fold; she wants them to achieve their real estate goals, while also ensuring they receive reliable, knowledgeable, and honest service every step of the way.  Real estate isn’t just a career for Brooke, it’s also her passion. She built a custom home and investment property for herself in her free time, and owns and manages several investment properties across the city. Brooke is a loving dog mom and enjoys traveling the world, tennis, and yoga.
